Consultation

Before receiving any treatment at Monica Mekha Aesthetics, you will have an in-depth consultation regarding injectable treatments. The nurse will assess the suitability of the treatment for you. Please provide accurate information during the consultation to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.

Risks & Side Effects

All medical treatments carry a degree of risk and potential side effects, which will be discussed during the consultation process. At Monica Mekha Aesthetics, your well-being and safety are prioritised. It is important to carefully consider this information before proceeding with any procedure and seek a second opinion if necessary.

• Asymmetry: All humans are naturally asymmetrical. While we aim to improve the appearance of any asymmetries if requested by you, we do not guarantee your treatment expectations can be met. We do not offer complimentary treatment in the case of facial asymmetry, regardless of whether it is pre- or post-treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

• If you become aware of any serious adverse events or complications, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately. Please contact us at 057335922 with any concerns.

Treatment Process

Once the medical consultation is complete and it is decided that you are a suitable candidate for the treatment, a treatment authority will be gained from the doctor through a Tele-health consultation. Our nurse will carry out the agreed-upon procedure. It is important to note that results vary from individual to individual, and limitations will be discussed prior to the commencement of the treatment. All patients being treated must be over the age of 18.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with a treatment outcome, you must attend Monica Mekha Aesthetics for an in-person follow-up appointment; otherwise, we may reserve the right not to remedy the situation.

Cancellations

While we are lenient and understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your appointment, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice when canceling your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot. Failure to advise us that you will not be attending will incur a late cancellation fee.

Payment & Refunds

Payment for the services provided by Monica Mekha Aesthetics must be made at the time of treatment. We accept several forms of payment, as outlined on our website or discussed during the consultation. Financial consent will be gained prior to treatment. Due to the nature of cosmetic injectable treatments, refunds are not applicable.

Deposit & Cancellations

Monica Mekha Aesthetics requires a non-refundable deposit to confirm an appointment.

• We kindly ask that you inform us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you won’t be able to make it.

• You may reschedule or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the confirmed booking date.

• However, any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.

Coming in for Your Treatment

We highly appreciate it if you could arrive at your appointment without any makeup or fake tan on, as this will save time during your appointment. Please be mindful that if you are running late to your appointment, the treatment will have to be shortened to accommodate the following client, and full payment will still be charged. Being over 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment will be charged.
